Al Bireh - MDLF Director General Eng. Abdel Mughni Nofal met the representative of Belgium Technical Cooperation (BTC) Mr. Jaak Lenvain, along with a delegation included Paule Verle, Eva Beuselink and Marwan Carmi. MDLF Acting Director of Operations, Eng. Khaled Rajab attended the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to entail the role of MDLF’s programs and projects, particularly in supporting LGU’s, besides discussing cooperation in the near future.
MDLF Director General, Eng. Nofal presented clearly projects implemented by MDLF in local government sector, mentioning in particular Municipal Development Program and amalgamation project.
