Brief Description:
The Local Government Reform and Development Program Phase I aimed to strengthen inter-municipal cooperation and improve the efficiency of regional service delivery. The program supported the establishment and strengthening of Joint Service Councils responsible for delivering shared municipal services. Through institutional support and capacity building, participating municipalities improved coordination and governance structures. These interventions helped enhance the efficiency and sustainability of regional municipal services.
