The Municipal Development and Lending Fund held a farewell ceremony in honor of Mr. Martin Parent, the Director of the French Development Agency, on the occasion of the completion of his mission in Palestine.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Ramahi, the General Manager of the Municipal Development and Lending Fund, praised the outstanding efforts of Mr. Parent during his time in Palestine. He commended Mr. Parent for his significant contributions to supporting the local governance sector through the implementation of development projects in Palestine, particularly in the designated "C" areas.

Al-Ramahi emphasized the importance of the support provided by the French government to the Palestinian people, which has had a substantial impact in creating positive realities on the ground and improving the conditions of the population through projects implemented by the Fund.

On his part, Mr. Parent lauded the positive and constructive bilateral relations between the French Development Agency and the Municipal Development and Lending Fund. He expressed the agency's commitment to continuing its support for the local governance sector through the Municipal Development and Lending Fund.

Mr. Parent concluded by expressing his gratitude to the Fund's director and all the staff for the tribute. He also expressed his pride in the close relationship and friendship he shares with the Fund's team, which has had a positive impact on the implementation of numerous programs and projects that have significantly improved the lives of citizens.
