Brief Description:
The second phase of the Local Government Reform and Development Program expanded support to Joint Service Councils and strengthened institutional cooperation among municipalities. Through targeted institutional support and investments, the program improved the efficiency of shared municipal services. These interventions contributed to strengthening regional service delivery systems.
