Brief Description:
Municipal Development Program Phase III significantly expanded municipal development investments across Palestine. The program continued the performance-based grant system while supporting municipalities in implementing infrastructure projects that improve municipal services and local living conditions. Investments included road rehabilitation, drainage improvements, development of public spaces, and upgrading of municipal facilities. The program also incorporated climate resilience considerations into municipal planning and infrastructure investments.
